Refund policy

30-DAY "LOVE IT OR DONATE IT" GUARANTEE

If your pet isn't happy with their new Nunavuto recipe within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund up to 4 cans per recipe — no need to ship it back.

Instead, please donate the remaining food to a local animal shelter, rescue, food bank, or a friend with pets. Please include a photo of at least 1–2 opened cans, along with proof of donation (a photo or a brief confirmation message from the shelter).

Policy Terms
This guarantee is limited to one time per household, per recipe, on your first purchase only, and covers up to 4 cans per recipe. If you ordered more than 4 cans of the same recipe, only the first 4 cans are eligible under this guarantee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To keep this guarantee fair for everyone, we may decline or limit requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with fair use.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
Notify us within 48 hours with your Order Number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement at no cost (shipping included) — no return needed. Out-of-stock items will be refunded in full.
