Rates and local delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your specific postal code within the British Columbia Lower Mainland.

Service Area
We currently exclusively serve the Lower Mainland, including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and surrounding areas.

Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

Limitations
We require a physical street address for our local courier service; we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, or addresses outside our current Lower Mainland service zone.

Free Shipping
Orders over $49 CAD qualify for free shipping within the Lower Mainland.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right quickly. To help our team assist you, include your Order Number and a photo of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
